An agreement has been reached on a commercial financing facility to assist in Allsportsmarket's growing capital needs.

A new data facility in the San Diego area has been announced. This will become the primary facility with the Vancouver center mostly running hot backups and administration and surveillance processes.

This new configuration will be upgraded to satisfy U.S. Federal requirements relating to the safekeeping and integrity of financial data. This project will start immediately and the estimated time of completion is within 90 days.
